English Champions, Leicester City, Lose First Game Of The Season Against Newly-Promoted Hull City

Reigning Premier League champions Leicester City fell to a stunning opening day 2-1 defeat to newly-promoted Hull City.
Managerless Tigers have been tipped as a strong candidate to be relegated this season but goals from Diomande and Robert Snodgress ensured they made the perfect start to the campaign.
The scoring was opened in spectacular style when Diomande’s overhead kick cannoned off the crossbar and over the line to give the new boys a dream start.
But Leicester equalized just two minutes after the restart when Riyad Mahrez scored from a spot-kick after Tom Huddlestone fouled Demarai Grey in the penalty area.
Snodgrass and Hull were to have the final say, however, as the Scottish international restored the hosts’ lead with a well-taken volley on 57 minutes.
